What is CIPR?

The Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (CIPR) is an organization promoting balanced intellectual property laws. It is a specialized NGO, a registered Not for Profit society. Its headquarters are in New Delhi, India.

CIPR is dedicated to developing a balanced and accessible national intellectual property (IP) system, which rewards creativity, stimulates innovation and contributes to economic development while safeguarding the public interest.
